Since a couple weeks ago my turbo will not hit over 10 pounds of boost. Ive uninstalled my access port, reset the ECU and still no luck at all. I got underneath the car to check the charge pipes and everything looked fine and everything sounds fine while driving the car just won't hit full boost and is a slug. Was making 20 pounds....then started going down to around 14, then won't go over 10. Maxed out the boost controller and managed to get around 12 and went back down to around 10.....then removed the boost controller and left the wastegate disconnected...only 10 pounds. No obvious boost leaks...no loud wooshing or anything..
